Scam investing

So I found a lady on Instagram named Heather Lemos. She says she deals in forex trading well i got caught into her pitch and invested. Well the website is cost-fx and it seemed legit had a login and could view my wallet when I wanted. So it got up and so I wanted to withdrawal my funds well now I am hit with a supposed unpacking fee of $1100 to get my funds. Does this seem shady or is there a real fee associated with the transfer of funds. All transactions are through bitcoin. Please let me know your thoughts or fi this seems like a scam.

Bitcoin Is Nothing But A Medium Of Speculation!

Bitcoin is nothing but a medium of speculation! It is almost a scam now. I am talking about bitcoin and not about the blockchain technology.
There was no malicious intent when Satoshi Nakamoto first introduced bitcoin; it was not easy to discern any hidden evil embedded in the financial innovation. Through the "stress test" in the real world up to the present, it could easily be argued that bitcoin has failed - bitcoin is a useless creation. Bitcoin has not introduced anything of benefit towards the good working of our financial or economic systems - not at present nor in the future. It's only use would be as a medium of speculation. As past surveys have shown, 95% of speculators lose money feeding the profits of the 5% - speculation is a zero sum game.
Bitcoin's only outcome would be a transfer of money from the bottom 95% to the top 5%
From /rBitcoin:
Bitcoin is the currency of the Internet: a distributed, worldwide, decentralized digital money. Unlike traditional currencies such as dollars, bitcoins are issued and managed without any central authority whatsoever: there is no government, company, or bank in charge of Bitcoin. As such, it is more resistant to wild inflation and corrupt banks. With Bitcoin, you can be your own bank.
From front page of bitcoin.org:
Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority or banks; managing transactions and the issuing of bitcoins is carried out collectively by the network. Bitcoin is open-source; its design is public, nobody owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can take part. Through many of its unique properties, Bitcoin allows exciting uses that could not be covered by any previous payment system. Bitcoin is an innovative payment network and a new kind of money. Fast peer-to-peer transactions. Worldwide payments. Low processing fees.
I refute almost all the widely held promoted views supposedly true about bitcoins: 1) Bitcoin is a new kind of money Bitcoin is no money! It is one of the greatest promoted untruth about bitcoin. Money in the proper sense means a token which can replace the current national fiat money like the coins and currency notes that ordinary citizens can use to pay for the grocery.
Let's take the Indian Rupee. Rupee is fiat - a legal tender by government decree. Salaries are paid for in Rupee. It is money because even the poor has some amount of it to pay for purchases. No token may replace the Rupee as money as it needs the sanction of a government. No Indian government will ever replace the Rupee by bitcoin - not even at the wildest stretch of an insane imagination!
It is insane to imagine any merchants wanting to run their business by accepting bitcoins. Even banks go bankrupt dealing in forex and taking too much forex risk into their books. Bitcoin is all speculation! 2) Bitcoin is a decentralized currency
Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority or banks.
But it needs 5 men to tell the world that Segwit2x is canceled. So much for no central authority! 3)With Bitcoin, you can be your own bank! How? 4)Bitcoin as a payment system Of course, bitcoins may be transferred between two parties. This by no means make it a "system of payment". A system has meaning only when there is easily identified benefits. There is nothing about money transfer through bitcoins that cannot be done many times more efficiently through our current conventional money transfer directly using fiat money.
There have been hype about the Lighting Network which would magically solve the scalability issue of bitcoin. I am no expert. But reading their white paper seems to me it may be nonsense - from the guts, not from a true understanding. I have read others who say that Lighting Network will never arrived; these may be views from those who have studied it thoroughly. 5)Unlike fiat, the supply of bitcoin is limited; capped at 21 million No other money can better bitcoin at the speed of money creation! Just as the carriage of Cinderella was made to disappear when the clock struck 12 at midnight, bitcoin's supply could double "at the stroke of midnight". Even a new African government formed by a warlord would have a hard time doubling the amount of coins and notes in circulation. There are now 1000+ cryptos and many may be offsprings of bitcoin. Just add up the rate of money creation. 6) Bitcoin is digital Gold Bitcoin is a new digital store of wealth better than gold. No way! The value of gold will never go to zero, but bitcoin may. When there is a much better technology to create a crypto coin, bitcoin's value will go to zero. When the last copy of its blockchain is lost or not updated for a long period, it might as well be dead.
The current hype of bitcoin rides upon the back of dissatisfaction of the general public about how the banking system is manipulating the fiat currency system to benefit the top 1%. Interest rates are driven to zero making conventional saving deposits giving negative real returns. Many ordinary citizens having some money to save is looking for ways to just preserve their money value. Now comes the savior in the form of bitcoin - a money that will only rise in value and which no government may confiscate. It will be what is in the proverb:"Out of the frying pan and into the fire". What the central bankers may do, the big money bitcoin manipulators can do many times better! Most first time buyers of bitcoins - from now onward - will belong to the bottom 95%, getting them at inflated prices that will put them in the red for many years to come - or in perpetuity.

I am a uni student currently studying options as part of my course. I've been dealing in forex as a hobby for a year now and I am looking to get into forex options in order to get an idea of how they work in practice. They seem like a good way of managing risk, but I have no idea where to start. Could anyone offer some advice?

Check out the Best Forex Trading Strategies
There are different strategies available for Forex Trading. The trick is to find the best strategies that you feel most comfortable working with and to stick with them as you build your trading account.
Why the Strategy matters ?
Strategy matters a great deal in forex trading uk , and it is what distinguishes the successful trader from the sporadic, hit and miss investor. It doesn’t matter what strategy you use, so long as you have a firm idea in place of how you’re going to trade, and you have at least a loose blueprint for the management of your portfolio.

For the effort and time investment required to devise and settle on a functional strategy, the benefits it will bring to your forex trading are well worth it. A strategy that works for you could end up serving you long term, and pending a few tweaks and tune-ups along the way to improve performance, can bring long-term stability and consistency into the way you trade your capital.

Foreign Currency Exchange & Low Cost Accounts

Hello,
I'm US based and planning to do some traveling on the cheap in about a year. I'm looking at N. and W. Europe (USD to GBP and EUR) and Japan (USD to JPY) as potential destinations. I'm trying to figure out what bank accounts, credit cards and currency exchange services to use to minimize foreign transaction fees and FOREX spreads. What are some of the most competitive credit cards and bank accounts to use? Also what's the least expensive way to exchange money considering that you need to take into account both fees and exchange rates?

I'm not looking to spend a lot of money, so I'd be looking for services without an annual fee. I do have money in a brokerage account that deals in FOREX with decent spreads and can exchange USD through that, however I believe I would need to open up a foreign bank account to deposit foreign currency, so I'm not sure how viable that option is. I'd appreciate any insight from people that are more well traveled than myself.

They say FOREX trading is 'more art than science'. What the hell does that mean?

Forgive me if this is the wrong sub for this question. I have a friend who is a partner in a firm that primarily deals in Forex trading. He wants me to come and learn their training and work from home trading currencies.
Is it possible to be a 'good trader' that makes money on average/in the long run? I play poker, and while I can't argue that that's a science, I can absolutely say that better players will make money over time. Is this forex trading the same thing?
thanks
